Purpose To identify the person accountable for the sustainable delivery of the agreed process output included with each KPI. Quantity One accountable person or position for each KPI. Quality The name of the person/position responsible for the KPI shall be recorded for each KPI. The name of the person/position accountable for each individual measure shall be attached to the list of measures within the KPI. Measures are monitored at the addition of each data point as specified by the sampling interval. Resources This task is completed by the manager responsible for the process. Time The task should be completed prior to measures being developed
