Where additional Equipment/Workplace defects are identified while executing work, or a safety or environmental incident occurs with actual or potential loss, these must be dealt with in one of the following ways; An immediate response to the incident, which may include correcting or controlling the defect or situation, if this can be done without compromising the outcomes, specifications, tolerances or duration of the initial Task. Immediately classify and report the defect or incident using the Urgent Work Process if it cannot be corrected or controlled without compromising completion of the initial Task, and if the Impact and Required Date for the defect or incident mean that action is required before a corrective or control action can be completed using the routine work management process.
