Visual outputs as shown in Figure 31 allow the accountable roleholder to assess process outputs and stockpile levels according to specifications for each. These outputs listed above indicate to the accountable person how well the operation is performing. It is on the daily parameters that scenarios to reduce variation, change buffer specifications and shift the mean can be tested.
