Note it is not necessary that the Planned Cost value calculated on the Work Order exceed the Upper Cost Limit – if only part of the planning is complete and it can already be foreseen that the final Planned Cost will exceed the Upper Cost Limit the issue must be escalated. Time This task must be completed immediately it becomes evident that the Planned Cost for a Work Order is likely to exceed the approved Upper Cost Limit.
