Utilise the checklist before you endorse a pathway or make it visible

Additional Considerations ❑ Does the Pathway meet all of the requirements for making it visible to the target audience in Learn+? ❑ Is the Pathway aligned with the organisation's branding standards? ❑ Is the Pathway appropriate for the target audience's skill level? Review Tips ❑ Peer Review: Collaborate with a colleague for a comprehensive review. ❑ SME: An SME must approve the pathway content, especially if it is technical. ❑ Self-Testing: Navigate the pathway personally to test its functionality and engagement level. ❑ Target Audience Feedback: Gather preliminary feedback from a sample of the target audience or nominated testers for additional insights.

For Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) ❑ Is the Pathway aligned with the organisation's learning objectives? ❑ Is the Pathway content accurate and up-to-date? ❑ Is the Pathway content relevant to the target audience? ❑ Is the Pathway well-organised and easy to navigate? ❑ Is the Pathway content engaging and interactive? ❑ Are any Pathway assessments aligned with the learning objectives? For Learning & Development (L&D) Professionals ❑ Does the Pathway have a clear and concise title and description? ❑ Does the Pathway have an appropriate image? ❑ Are the Pathway sections well-organised and easy to understand? ❑ Is the Pathway content visually appealing and easy to read? ❑ Does the Pathway use a consistent look and feel? ❑ Are the Pathway links working properly? ❑ Does the Pathway include a list of recommended resources (if applicable)? ❑ Does the Pathway have an assessment (if applicable)? ❑ Is the Pathway accessible to all learners?
