Plans Vs Pathways

Pathways …

Plans…

Create a targeted, start-to-finish, short learning experience on a specific topic or skill.

They may include sections that provide: • Text to provide instruction & context for the learner • Skill Ratings • Collections of Pathways, related to the role or skill • Links to other targeted websites • People (experts) to follow and Groups to join on Degreed to enhance social learning

Pathways may include: • 3-4 sections with learning objectives that feed into the learning goal of the pathway • 3-5 pieces per lesson of curated content and learning experiences to apply the knowledge (5-7 min) • Guided instruction to contextualize the experience for the learner

Methodology

Go Deeper

Longer-form content for deeper understanding.

Short, engaging content introducing the core concept and its importance.

Practical steps to apply the concept.
